Short story:
I used EFI from here to install Big Sur and it works almost perfectly (sleep, hdmi and sound in jack now working). But when tryin to install Monterey with the same EFI - stuck with line "VoodooPS2Trackpad: Identify Touchpad command failed"
I tryed to disable VoodooPS2 kext in opencore and delete from "kexts", but that isn't helped.
Please, can you give me advice, what can i do else?

you should update to latest version of opencore and kexts

also Lilu.kext should be the first in your list in your config.plist

Thanks a lot! Your advice worked! Updated all kexts except USBMap.kext
Now I have a message stall[1] IOUSBHostDevice when booting, but if you wait, the monterey installer still appears, and it even sees WiFi and battery, but now there is no my ssd in Disk Utility, on which now stands big sur.
I tried adding the ThirdPartyDrives item, but it didn't help.
Tried adding CtlnaAHCIPort.kext but didn't help
I have to generate new kexts for USBMap or try another NVMe kexts. Am I thinking in the right direction?

if setup correctly, you shouldn't need to re do your USBPorts.kext

what is the make and model of your hard drive?

Samsung SSD 980 1TB (0025_38DA_11B6_F406.)

Now it's latest firmware version, but Disk Utility still can't see ssd.
check your bios settings and make sure hard drive is set to AHCI
