When i try to create installation media nothing happens on my 10.7.5 Macbook

Will i have any problems booting windows 11 after installing the os to a partition on the same drive?
Also, by nothing i mean, i paste the code and then the carret reapears and it doesn't do anything, though i think its due to not having applicationpath as i am on a older os, but either way i got a working bootable installer, just have to figure out how to dual boot

what code? you are going to have to be more specific

best to use 2 drives for 2 operating system

By code i mean the one on the apple website

sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/MyVolume

and at the bottom it does mention
* If your Mac is using macOS Sierra or earlier, include the --applicationpath argument and installer path, similar to the way this is done in the command for El Capitan.

And i can't really use two drives for an os considering its a laptop, i do already have it partitioned
