Rainbow Pin Wheel on Installation Step

Hello,



I get this rainbow spinning wheel after I boot from my USB installation. My boot args are



"-v, npci=0x2000, GraphicsEnabler=Yes"



USB works normally... See pictures for more details.



I am using a Dell Inspiron 560

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500

GPU: ATI 109-B27631

MB: G43T-DM1

I HAVE A CLOVER LEGACY INSTALL ON THE USB my EFI is below. Any help is greatly appreciated

Don't install SL by the Clover USB method as it won't work.
Use iBoot CD method only. Go back and look at the old guides.
You'll also need an older graphics card that works with Snow Leopard.

You could also try with OpenCore. I did it successfully on an old build.

Thank you! I have one more question -- what generation/architecture is my CPU (E8500)? Online I'm seeing "Wolfdale" but on the opencore install guide it's not there under the CPU support section. I also saw on Wikipedia that the core 2 duos are "Conroe"...

Yes, that is what I was looking at. But on the OpenCore guide, "Wolfdale" isn't listed on their CPU chart. I know it is supported so which one should I choose (see screenshots)

A Wolfdale CPU is closest to Conroe which also has the Core 2 Duo architecture.
