Just to clarify row 1: In macOS only the P-cores and Hyper Threads are active even though in BIOS all E-cores are active as well.Just for informational purposes I ran Geekbench 5 comparing my hackintoshes versus two Macs. Nothing surprising.

I recommend making RAID with 3 SSD M.2 4 gen.Very happy with the latest build. I am using this system full time now. Did XcodeBenchmark went from 138 seconds (i9-10980XE) down to 101 seconds with (i9-12900K) with just replacing motherboard and CPU. For reference, a decked out M1 Pro Max with 32GB does it in 98 seconds. I haven't even upgraded to a PCIE 4.0 SSD yet for this macOS drive so I think it could run even faster with a better PCIE 4.0 drive. So both work/code development task and gaming will get an overall improvement!
Thank you @CaseySJ for figuring out the sleep issue so I can make this system my full time use now!
Is that just a soft raid via Disk Utility?I recommend making RAID with 3 SSD M.2 4 gen.
Yes.Is that just a soft raid via Disk Utility?
@CaseySJ Alas, you have hit the proverbial nail on the head. I was booting from an incorrect EFI.There is no mention of the Thunderbolt SSDT in this log, which means you’re probably booting from the wrong disk. Please check BIOS —> Boot to check if the boot priorities are correct. We can also press F12 at Gigabyte splash screen to choose the boot disk.
Awesome -- glad to hear it!@CaseySJ Alas, you have hit the proverbial nail on the head. I was booting from an incorrect EFI.
Once re-established, the correct EFI booted and VOLIA!!! full thunderbolt functionality.
I am using EFI-076-PRE-Z690-AERO-G-V3
Hot plug works on..
All Universal Audio Devices- Apollo x8p and Octo Satellites.
G-Drive Pro SSD
OWC Thunderbay 8

OWC Thunderbolt Hub. This is a TB4 device. I am not sure if this matters.
Thank you to everyone for their patience.

Those two circles are as wide as my eyes when looking at those R/W numbers!
