Got everything working! Thanks again for the great guide, really appreciate your help and effort here with the community! The last Hackintosh was Mojave and was using clover but don't think this was the problem with kexts. After doing regular disk wipes decided to use Gparted Linux and use terminal to do a complete wipe of the drive. Believe for some reason when wiping the disk with Disk Utility it was not fully removing both partitions and EFI was left somehow. Either way after doing the full wipe with Linux and reinstalling, everything is now working although have a different Wifi card from you. Using the Dell DW1560 and this works great with your kexts except the bluetooth was not enabled with the most recent OC build and something didn't work right in 7.2:12.4 which may have been my flash drive who knows, but with the 7.1:12.1 after adding BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext and updating the Config.plist everything works including bluetooth. These guides from you are really great and looking forward to the Monterey full release!

Hey. so i got things workings fine (as far as i know), but i still have the problem with wifi/bluetooth. You said you swapped yours with a new wireless card, and i wanted to do the same thing. Can you send me a link to where you purchased yours? Im not sure how i should be searching for one thats compatible.

if it will fit, I recently purchased a BCM94360NG which works great with no needed kexts

how are you trying to install the kext? it should be copied in your EFI partition in your kexts folder, no installation is required
