Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming build with working NVRAM

I have a gigabyte logo, then OpenCore. Don't have CFG lock in BIOS. I'm on version F9G. Should I update BIOS?

Yes. Version F9l has been the best version in my experience. I have attached it below. After updating, make sure CFG Lock is disabled.

It worked, thank you!
After updating BIOS everything went smooth :).
So I have a fully working macOS Monterey :).

But Windows is not booting from OpenCore at all :(.
If I change boot partition to Windows EFI it starts just fine, but no luck with OpenCore. After choosing Windows screen just goes black.

Do I have to change something in plist.config to get dual boot working properly?

I have this

I have not seen this since the days of Aptio fix problems... Make sure you have SSDT-PMC installed and that NVRAM is working.

Hmm... I'm not sure about Windows booting from OpenCore... When I need to boot Windows, I use the BIOS Boot Menu. Just spam the F12 key after turning on the system.
