Scrap that, I totally forgot you're on a Z590! In that case try my guide here, which I have working on i5 10500 on Z490 (settings should be the same). Just remove the Nvidia device-ids > https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...re-i5-10400-i9-11900k-nvidia-gtx-1060.310287/
Ok, replaced OC files to 0.7.4, SMBIOS iMac19,1, like in your config, and it proceed till:
No port micro restart ( we don't support SMC on this platform) and then restart.

It seams not to be related to any EFI folders I tried, maybe my motheboard is deffective...

Try SMBIOS of iMacPro1,1. That's the only valid setting for your current setup.

FINALLY!!!
After many changes to your EFI folder finally I'm on my old desktop! I think I changed all kexts and ssdts to "mine" and newer one and it still boots! I dont know, I think there is something in your config.plist that did the trick!
Need to tweak some things like usb mapping, intel wifi/bt, iGPU, TB4, amd card driving my monitor at 30fps only BUT all that tomorrow! It's 2.25am here...

I'll take that as a compliment
❤️
But even if I'm on OS I'm still ignorant about what solved it... If you can share your thoughts all we gonna learn something new today!

I think it's a few things. But the main issue may be is that maybe it's because my setup is set to spoof the Comet Lake CPUID coupled with the correct Comet Lake IGPU device-ids that it works. Also SMBIOS setting and the order of kext and ACPI loading is important. In case you didn't know my setup also works for High Sierra and Mojave, but to boot to those versions using Comet Lake or Rocket Lake requires spoofing the CPUID and device-id to Coffee Lake 9th gen.
