Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

It has been determined that the bcm943602cs Bluetooth interface affects sleep. I plug it into the HS11 usb interface. It is impossible for me to remove it now. Is there the best of both worlds?
Are you using a Fenvi FV-HB1200 or a combination of two separate devices such as:
  • Standalone BCM94360CS module
  • Standalone PCIe adapter card for BCM module

Yes, the primary EFI partition is in the same physical drive as Big Sur.
The Shared folder doesn't have the EFIClone log file.
Please re-check all parts of Step 13 (in Post 1):

PCIe adapter card for BCM module
Which PCIe slot is it in?
  • The short PCIe x1 slot?
  • The bottom long slot?
Also run IORegistryExplorer and scroll down to XHC (do not use search bar), then click Bluetooth USB Host Controller as shown below, and check kUSBVendorString on the right side. Does it say Apple Inc.?

Just got my Vision D/i9 10900k Hackintosh up and running!! Overall this install was VERY smooth following this guide. My Apollo system works great right out of the gate too!

Only issue... my fans seem to rev up and down a lot. CPU temps hanging out like 43C when idle. Maybe I just did a bad job at seating the cooler? hehe

UPDATE: I switched Load Line Calibration from auto to Standard and now the temps are a little more reasonable (low-mid 30s on a hot day). I read that a lot of people feel Gigabyte's "auto" VCore is too much... especially with a hot chip like the 10900k
So where do we make this switch? Is it "CPU Vcore Loadline Calibration" that needs to be changed? There is no toggle option for me in the BIOS. Do you have to type in "Standard"?

@CaseySJ Attached is the requested DMAR from MaciASL.

I have Big Sur running smooth on 0.7.4 now with those disabled settings you suggested, except my Thunderbolt card isn't working. Would those two things be related?
Please compress and post the entire OC 0.7.4 EFI folder, but with serial numbers removed from PlatformInfo section of config.plist.

Try this simple experiment (may or may not work):
  1. Go to System Preferences --> Energy Saver
  2. Is Wake for Network Access checked on or off?
    Screen Shot 2021-10-06 at 8.08.58 AM.png
    • If it's on, then turn it off.
    • Now check if Sleep works (Apple Menu --> Sleep)
    • If sleep works, stop. Otherwise continue below.
  3. Click Schedule as shown above.
    • Now enable Sleep schedule as shown.
      Screen Shot 2021-10-06 at 8.09.05 AM.png
    • Click OK
    • Now check if Sleep works (Apple Menu --> Sleep)
    • If sleep works, try unchecking the Sleep schedule:
      Screen Shot 2021-10-06 at 8.09.09 AM.png
    • Click OK
    • Now check if Sleep still works (Apple Menu --> Sleep)
    • If sleep works, close the Energy Saver preferences box. Sleep should be okay now.

Hello @CaseySJ

I have a question. There is no available gigabyte vision D in US market now, unfortunately. I got a vision G Z490 and bought GC titan bridge separately.

It Looks like your “Modifications for Z490 Vision G” assumes that tb3 is not used.
However, I have GC titan bridge. In this case, what should I do to use GC titan bridge? Can I just skip “Modifications for Z490 Vision G”? Thank you for your time :)
