Gigabyte Z490 Vision D (Thunderbolt 3) + i5-10400 + AMD RX 580

That's good -- it means the file is not quarantined (i.e. considered to be malicious).
I placed an additional file (config-AMD-GPU.plist) in the EFI/OC folder of the Start-Up disk and rerun CC. No, I didn't find it in the EFI of the backup disk.

Yes, the primary EFI partition is in the same physical drive as Big Sur.
The Shared folder doesn't have the EFIClone log file.

Sleep is not normal, wake up immediately, how to fix this

@CaseySJ Attached is the requested DMAR from MaciASL.

I have Big Sur running smooth on 0.7.4 now with those disabled settings you suggested, except my Thunderbolt card isn't working. Would those two things be related?

Disconnect all USB devices (except mouse and keyboard) and try to sleep. Maybe, one of USB devices sent signal to wake up.
I have "intellectual" PSU Thermaltake, it has USB-port and windows software (monitoring of temperatures, power consumption etc.), but when it connected to USB macOS can't sleep, wakes up immediately.

Only one bcm943602cs Bluetooth interface is connected, and there are no other USB devices, except for the built-in motherboard.

If you're on OpenCore 0.7.4 please change SecureBootModel to Disabled. Mini-guide has been updated accordingly.

Please see:
It has been determined that the bcm943602cs Bluetooth interface affects sleep. I plug it into the HS11 usb interface. It is impossible for me to remove it now. Is there the best of both worlds?
