G31TM-P35(MS-7529) board
legacy bios mode
x64 based

Can i install el capitan on this pc? And will it run smoothly?

none, because Apple do not use Pentium Processors or Pentium Graphics

if you had an i3, i5, i7 or an i9, then you could make it work because Apple use those processors and the graphics that come with them
