Hello, recently I bought a new PC and decided to make a hackintosh out of my old one. This is not my first time building a hackintosh but I'm out of the loop with the updates so I came here to ask what macOS is the best for my build.
I will just use it as my desktop PC for browsing so the only important thing to me is that I can use the regular macOS to iPhone features like continuity, AirDrop and iMessage/Calling/Facetime.
I also need an advice about what bluetooth and WiFi doongle to buy for the said macOS.

As I've already stated while registering my account, this is my build:

CPU: Intel i5 7500
MOBA: MSI H110M PRO-VD PLUS
GPU: Integrated HD 630
Don't have RAM yet but I'll buy either 8 GB or 16 GB of DDR4 RAM.

Thanks in advance

Your system should be compatible with MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and later, including the latest Big Sur.

So you should be able to install and run MacOS Big Sur (latest version as of now), if you need or want the latest, once you get your RAM.

Also note that you've got only one digital output (DVI) so you must use that to connect the monitor.

I totally forgot about this! If i buy a DVI D to HDMI cable, will I be able to get 2k resolution?

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Thankfully, I've found an old GTS 250 in my closet, it has an HDMI port so that will be good enough. How do I know if its support on Big Sur though? Should I install an older version of macOS maybe?

Thanks for your time, you're very helpful!

I'm trying to install Big Sur but I keep getting black screen after a rose/purple Apple logo.

Here is the video of it happening:

Here is my config and open core error note :
