Hi, Thanks for your response. I will try your suggestions.

Should I be using BIOS F5 or F5d?

@jimbojingle F5 as Casey said. For some reason, in Gigabyte's methodology, letters after the suffix represent a beta development version of the BIOS. No letter means the final release. F5 > F5d. Not the most intuitive but that is how Gigabyte does things.

Downgrading from F6 to F5 hasn't resolved the Hangs at the Gigabyte Splash Screen so I will try swapping out / removing my RX 5700XT GPU as you suggested and see what happens.

@Inqnuam just found a possible electrical short between a CPU cooler and GPU. The two were sometimes touching. So I would also recommend looking for any parts that are touching or any cables that are not fully and securely connected.
