You should try to unplug everything superfluous and try to reboot.@CaseySJ Save me!
I can't boot my Z390 Designare anymore
I wanted to install Debian on my 970 nmve which I used for Big Sur in the past,
After successfully shutting down macOS and switching OFF PSU and Power conditionner,
I waited for a minute then removed my main SSD Samsung 860, to make a clean install of Debian in a completely separate way on the 970 nmve, so without OC and custom BIOS settings
But problem when I push power button -> nothing -> really nothing is happening
Then I remember that I'm using Elias modified beta BIOS (TB dxe), so I reset CMOS,
This is the second time since im using Elias latest mob BIOS that I have this problem, but resetting CMOS used to fix the issue
But not this time!
All cables are plugged correctly, I verified them twice
Now all I have is this picture:

Yellow light from "Designare" logo , that's all
If fixed, try to replug everything one after the other.
Edit: Sorry, I didn't see that you already fixed it.
