Thanks for your reply. I changed what you suggested but to no avail. After digging around it seems I need to unlock cfg lock on my bios but I don’t have an option so I added ControlMsrE2.efi to unlock it but I’m getting this any ideas?

you already have these set to true:

<key>AppleCpuPmCfgLock</key>
            <true/>
            <key>AppleXcpmCfgLock</key>
            <true/>

so you should be fine

Just re re reading again and my apologies yes you are right and didn’t need it. However on the further info on the opencore documentation it states applexcpmcfglock is only needed for Haswell and newer. Disabled that and bang loads into apple boot for installation.
