Hi everyone,
can I install any Mac OS version on my configuration with dual boot? In order to have the choice of which operating system to start when the computer is turned on.

MoBo: Asus P7P55 LX
CPU: i5 650 3.2Mhz
RAM: 2x4gb 2x2gb 12gb total
GPU: Gigabyte GT 730 2GB
HDD: normal WD 1TB (no SSD)

Thank you for your time, have a nice day.

To dual boot Windows / MacOS presumably?

It should be doable. But first get a second disk. We recommend installing MacOS and Windows on separate disks.

The GT730 may also present a problem. There are different versions of the GT730 based on Kepler (GK208) and Fermi (GF108). The Fermi one is not supported on MacOS Mojave and later due to lack of Metal support. You can check this in Windows using GPU-Z.

Thanks for the reply.

I expressed myself wrong, the hard drive I mentioned earlier will be completely dedicated to the Mac. As for the GPU, today i will check the version.

Could you post me which guide should I follow?

I checked, is the GK208 ... How can I continue, can you post me right link?

I started with the installation but unfortunately the software gets stuck on "copying Files", I left the Mac for the installation for up to two hours but nothing has changed.

I have tried with both unibeast for Catalina and high sierra, by downloading the appropriate installation files, but nothing changed

Can anyone help me?

Did you set the BIOS according to the MacOS installation guide on this site?

Also, your motherboard is based on traditional BIOS, so you have to use Legacy mode when creating the Unibeast USB stick.

"Copying Files"? That's during MacOS installation? So you have already successfully reached the MacOS installation program?

I solved it, it just had to wait ... I installed High Sierra, I managed to complete but I could not install the drivers. I am now installing Mojave to see if it works better
