can you see it loaded on Hackintool extension panel?
I do not...

No, it won't show there because it's not really a "driver" per se. This is what mine looks like, you have a lot of extras, perhaps you're only using pieces of my EFI and not really getting all of it's settings?

just some extra kexts... same acpis and config differs only for smbios...
Is there a way to check if the usbports kext is loading?

EDIT.
I tried disabling usbports.kext and It seems there are no changes at all on the usb tree, so I think you are right, is not loading...
Is there anything I can do?

My suggestion would be to backup your current config, put in my entire EFI, only changing the MLB, Serial, ROM, UUID, etc. See if you can get it working that way. If so, you can slowly put your extra kexts back one by one until you find the culprit.

Also maybe double check all your BIOS settings: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config.plist/comet-lake.html#intel-bios-settings

nothing, even with your efi without any modification is the same...
btw I was able to run usbports.kext even with my original EFI, had to change smbios model to mine (imacpro1,1) now I see the comments at the side of the ports on hackintools
but it's a no go sadly...
Probably I had to do my own port mapping even if I have the exact same mobo...
Thanks a lot for your help!

Hopefully if you map it yourself it will solve the problem. Make sure you match up your SMBIOS. In my EFI it's iMac 20,2 which is for the 10900K

EDIT: I think I just caught your problem. You mentioned running imacpro 1,1 instead of imac 20,2 that I have in the EFI. In USBPORTS.kext the SMBIOS definition is defined, so it won't load since I have 20,2 in there and you're running 1,1. You can just edit mine and change it to load for 1,1 if you want to stay on that definition.

USBPorts.kext --> Show Contents --> info.plist:

oh yes, tried that and it's not working, usbports kext loads but still not working ports...
I'm using imacpro1,1 for encoding cause I got the KF without iGpu

As an experiment I would try imac20,2 with my USBPorts.kext just to see if there's a difference.
