I would say either of these two should work with Big Sur provided that you paired it with a 10th generation i3/i5/i7/i9 CPU.

However, note that the B460M Aorus Pro uses Gigabit Intel LAN whereas the Pro AC uses 2.5Gb Intel LAN. The Pro AC also includes Intel WiFi which is absent on the Pro. Intel WiFi is not natively supported on MacOS (but check on drivers like OpenIntelWireless).

Personally I would choose the Pro instead of the Pro AC as it is likely to be cheaper and the WiFi on the Pro AC is useless to me. Also Gigabit LAN is widely supported but the newer 2.5Gb LAN may not be so, this also tilts me in the direction of the Pro.

Do you plan to use CPU integrated graphics and not using a graphics card? If so make sure to choose a CPU without a F in the name as those F CPUs do not have integrated graphics.

The WiFi module can be changed out with a BCM 4360ng and you will have native WiFi. Set up USB ports and you can get the Bluetooth working as well.
I have a similar board. It’s the B550 Aorus Pro AC. 2.5 lan works and the Intel is working but somewhat spotty with the Intel WiFi kext. Occasional signal drop/disconnect is common and the boot time sometimes lags on the kext loading. But it works and I’ve done several Big Sur beta updates. 2.5GB downloads.

Does Lan 2.5Gb work natively?
or
Do I need to install Kext?

.

if so
Please attach the file of this Kext

Yes, I want to use CPU integrated graphics
Does it work natively? (GPU: UHD630)

.

I have already bought these computer Components:

CPU: Core i3 10100
Motherboard: Biostar H410 MHG (Cannot be Boot or installed macOS:banghead:)
Ram: Geil Evo Potenza DDR4 3000MHz 32GB Dual Channel
SSD: Lexar NM610 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe

.

But I still have doubts about choosing a New motherboard
Disadvantages and advantages of these two:

B460 AORUS PRO AC:

✅ Direct 8+2 Phases Digital VRM Solution
✅ Dual M.2 Thermal Guards
✅ USB 3.2 Gen2
❌ Lack of MacOS installation instructions and Training

B460M AORUS PRO:

❌ 4+2 Hybrid Digital VRM Solution
❌ USB 3.2 Gen1
✅ Big Sur and Catalina installation by different users
✅ Provide BIOS setup tutorial And Upload OpenCore EFI folder for this Motherboard

CPU integrated graphics on the 10th generation CPUs like your i3 10100 should be supported on MacOS Catalina and Big Sur.

If you can't make a decision, I say go with the Pro. It is cheaper, and is compatible with Catalina / Big Sur and with the components you got. The Pro AC includes components like WiFi which you may not need and will be a waste of money if this is so.
