I have these settings and I can't do anything.
I already know that it doesn't work with mojave, but catalina also can't start, not even the pendrive.

Has anyone tried with a similar setup?
I need tips, please.

I recently dug out a Gigabyte X99 Ultra Gaming motherboard with an i7 6850K and tried to use my saved settings to run MacOS on it. I am pleased to report that it runs MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 / High Sierra 10.13.6 / Mojave 10.14.6 / Catalina 10.15.7 with a GTX 760 graphics card.

So I believe your system should be able to run MacOS Catalina.

Did you use Unibeast to create your USB stick with Clover as the bootloader? If so did you use the boot argument npci=0x2000 or npci=0x3000? In my experience one of these is required for MacOS to boot on a X99 system like yours.
