do you have an optical drive connected? try this post and this thread s a whole see if it helpsI just ended up clearing them from the Tools folder and it solved the problem. Thanks feartech. I'll update if installation goes well
EDIT: Installation went well but kernel panicked less than 5 minutes after installation. Here's the log it spat out:

I managed to fix mine by adding and enabling the flag "PowerTimeoutKernelPanic" in OpenCore under Kernel->Quirks . Thanks to @ben9923 's tip here
