Please help me!
I have been banging my head against the wall for weeks now trying to get Big Sur on my HEDT with OpenCore.
I get to this and my PC reboots.

Have you tried using my Base EFI?

Also flash a later BIOS like 3301

updated BIOS from 1602 to 3201. (1602 worked great for clover for many years, so i never needed to changed it).
tried your Base-EFI (MacPro7,1), and created new Serial Number and SMUUID.

got a little further, but gets stuck (freezes)

Did you follow the recommended BIOS settings? and you may need to try BIOS 3301. Not sure if the MSR lock is still broken in 3201

Yes, on opencore config.plist, and i suggest you to read the dortania guide and take the time you need to understand how it works, otherwise you'll end up constantly depending on others to solve your issues. Hope you'll follow my hint.

You'll be able to set language later and pay attention to the nvram part of the config file.
