EFI looks ok, try this config i i turned off the CPUFriend kext and CPUFriendDataProvider.

Are you sure you are loading the system from the stick where is this EFI and not from the hard drive where is the wrong efi?

for the sake of experiment i disconnected every drive from deskMini, checked BIOS settings, changed USB port im using, used your config ...

same result, something is wrong with my CPU or USB stick itself, idk

every once in a while i get "OCB: StartImage failed - Aborted" error instead of "stop sign"

you can try OC 0.6.6 but I think that you have a problem in your bootable flash drive, since the errors that you showed seem to be that the system does not start from EFI at all. Don't forget to reset nvram before trying to boot from a new bootable flash drive

i changed USB stick and used 0.6.6 OC, now i can open BigSur install wizard (language select), but my keyboard and mouse don't work there (no power, all LED indicators are dead etc), what can it be?

Have you updated your BIOS from the date of purchase? Latest version 4.40

Being lazy, so I simply put @viorel78 s EFI and started a new Deskmini H470 (i5-10500, 6core 3,1GHz, 64GB RAM) with a USB-Installstick, installed BigSur, copied the EFI from the Stick to the EFI-Partition of the 1TB-nVmE of the H470 Deskmini, and voila, the small beast started without any issues, haven't even added a serial.

HDMI works, all else I must try and configure from there on, already put in a 4TB SanDisk SSD and a 2TB-Samsung SSD, so 4+2+1 = 7TB of fast or fast enough SSD-goodness in this small build, LOL.
