The Dell OptiMac Big Sur/OpenCore Thread - For 7020/9020 Optiplex Desktops

I’m not exactly sure what this message is telling me, is this normal?.
Ususally indicates that CFG is locked. Did you boot into the modified GRUB shell ?

Unlocking CFG and Disabling VT-d (VT for Direct I/O)
CFG Lock prevents macOS from writing to a certain region in your BIOS. macOS does this writing for power management and other reasons. If it can't access those areas, it will not boot. This is why we'll need to boot into a GRUB shell and perform this CFG unlock manually before installing Big Sur.

Thank you, did those. Now I have this screen, last word says ‘Proceeding’.

Sometimes during the booting from USB there are longer waits. Some maybe a minute or two.

I think I might of missed something, it hasn't moved on from this screen. Can you confirm if my USB installer is setup properly?. I have the Big Sur installer on the USB and in the EFI partition, just the EFI folder that we modified on the desktop?. I'm unsure about where the OpenCore folder goes.

Zip up the whole EFI folder and attach it.

Here's the 4 SSDTs in your ACPI folder.

Here's the ACPI section of the config.plist. See what is missing ?

You could redo the OC snapshot again using ProperTree.
