Bootstrap Verbose Error updating to Big Sur 11.1

Hi, after getting most of everything working, I tried installing 11.1 from 11.0.1, but upon trying to reboot to the installation I get this verbose screen showing many bootstrap errors. Did something change in Big Sur 11.1? Responses greatly appreciated.

maybe some issue with your intel wifi kexts?
 
My bad, I deleted bluetooth and reset nvram and it gives me this.

maybe usb issue? you booting from a usb stick?
The errors seems to happen from trying to update to Big Sur update 11.1 and above. I had no issues with 11.0.1 and below
