Motherboard
Dell Optiplex 990
CPU
i7-2600K
Graphics
GTX 1060
Mobile Phone
  1. Android
Specs:
Motherboard - Dell 06D7TR
CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3gb
Memory - 12 GB DDR3
Storage - 250 GB WD Green SSD
2 TB Seagate HDD

I would prefer to install the actual OS on the HDD, but it would be nice to put clover on the SSD

I have tried to install High Sierra on this build before but I had problems installing clover and I couldn't get the GPU to work. If it changes anything, that was when I was using a 1 TB HDD instead of the SSD. I don't really care if I have to use High Sierra, I just like Catalina dark mode. Any help is much appreciated:D!

Your graphics card is not supported on MacOS Mojave / Catalina / Big Sur due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

High Sierra may work on your system with the appropriate Nvidia drivers. If you want to keep using the card High Sierra is as far as you can go regarding MacOS.
