USB3 config in the BIOS got screwed up ? Like XHCI handover got disabled ? Or USB3 got disabled ?

After setting the BIOS config the way I want, I always save the BIOS Profile onto one of the EFI drives and backup onto a USB stick. This way if the BIOS config ever screws up, I simply load the saved profile from an EFI drive or the USB stick.

It's a feature of your motherboard BIOS. Look into the motherboard manual.
It's in the last menu item "Save & Exit" -> Save Profile and Load Profile:

Yes & No.
Yes it is the same but No it is not safe/permanent.
If your BIOS gets screwed or you loose your config, then obviously you loose what you have saved there.
Therefore it is pointless doing that.
That is why you should save the profile on an EXTERNAL device.
I do both.

Think about it...you would not create a backup of your valuable data on the HDD/SSD on the SAME HDD/SSD would you ?

I also thought about what you said in an earlier post. The computer does tend to act up when I haven't booted it up in a while. Which could mean the BIOS battery is on it's way out. Thank you for this information. I had been thinking this as well.

Okay I have removed the USB3 Card Reader from the USB3 port. I am only using USB3 for USB3 ports. I redid my USBXXXX.aml file with Hackintool. I hope that was my main reason for the weirdness. Thank you for your help so far and I will report back down the road.
