Karahan you also have the need to choose..... at least you don’t need usb plugged in your computer. I have only 1 (ssd) hardisk in my computer booting starting the computer. seeing open core menu and down arrow I choose Big Sur I do the same but I can do it only when the USB is plugged in my computer when the usb is unplugged it doesn’t go I get black screen. But I don’t mind it’s just a usb. I use the same bios version 4105. Anyway we are lucky to be able to install Big Sur as our motherboard is very old and it still possible. Any solution perhaps to make changes in the opencore application to arrange that the USB opencore menu will show only Number 3. Big Sur in the opencore menu no others in the list every time I turn on my computer this way it will boot through the USB open core menu will choose number 3. Big Sur and automatically will boot to my hardisk. B.t.w. Have you done the macOS 11.1 Update, did you have any issues? You are done! But when you booting from your Big Sur disk. you will see open core menu and down arrow you must choose Operating System. I do same.
Which bios version do you use? My bios 4105. I use 2 HD and one SSD. When PC opening i push F8 and Choose big sur disk and down Arrow Choose big sur and enter.. already i Choose Windows automatic start. Because of this i didnt try automatic big sur start. Maybe it can be. But i dont know yet.
