Hi every one.
I have Asus p8z68-v-lx motherboard and Intel i7 Sandy Bridge CPU (2700K).
I install Big Sur and its work very clearly. I tried many hackintosh installation but this is best..
I used OpenCore boot loader. I attached EFI folder.
Good luck.

karahan_zorbey thank you so much I have the same motherboard, question, I have Nvidia force 710 graphic card do I have to make any changes in the EFI or it will install it automatically?

Download big sur.app from App Store. after make bootable usb stick with terminal command. and than mount usb's EFI and copy paste my EFI. just try boot install once. its will be your answer :)

Karahan-Zorbey, thank you so much I succeeded everything work great so easy with no complications using your EFI, audio, graphic, internet just one thing, I can boot Big Sur only with the help of the USB, I mounted and copied the EFI from the USB to the EFI of the hardisk but still... Is there a way to set big Sur to boot from Hardisk without the help of the USB? I already tried everything in the bios when the computer start just booting but I didn’t do anything With configuration in opencore EFI since it is the first time I’m using opencore normally I work with clover...

Of course..firstly pay attention in my efi folder there is two things, efi folder and boot file.
1-boot from USB and open big sur from your hard disk
2-mount USB efi and hard disk efi
3-just copy only efi folder. Dont copy "boot" file (or already copied EFI and boot file, just delete boot file)
4-paste to your hard drive efi.
5-the command tool attached download to desktop and extract. open terminal just only once time this command file run terminal..write sudo and drag and drop command file in terminal. Hit enter. It list your hard drives and It ask your prefer boot hard drive number (who is include your EFI folder). (if disk0s1 etc. in this disk write zero "0") Which one. Choose number and write terminal.. after again hit enter .thats all

Karahan-Zorbey, thank you so much for your help. I copied only efi folder without the"boot" file now from usb to the hardest. how I have to extract your attached file? when I open it it opens with terminal do I have then to type in the terminal Sudo and then drag the attached file to the terminal? or do I have to open your attached file with textEdit copy from textedit type sudo and then paste the text from textedit press enter? also do I have to unmount the hardest first before doing the terminal?
strange though cause when I unplug the usb and start the computer without the USB connected press delete and go to the boot menu of the same mainboard as yours I see two options opencore and the hardisk when I try both of them it doesn't boot at all.

watch this video from 04.20 minute.. extract and open "OpenCore-0" folder go to tools/legacyboot folder and drag drop to terminal "BootInstall_x64.tool" and hit enter..It list your hard drives and It ask your prefer boot hard drive number (who is include your EFI folder). (if disk0s1 etc. in this disk write zero "0") Which one. Choose number and write terminal.. after again hit enter .thats all

Karahan, many thanks again for your help. I did try did exactly as you wrote and as the video but with no luck still can't boot from hard disk only with the help of the usb. I deleted the "boot" then I did what you wrote and as the video, I got a new "boot" next to the EFI on the mounted hardisk. Im attaching the terminal after applying what you said and same as video:I have ssd hardisk. In the past when I installed Sierra, high Sierra Mojave and Catalina using clover I also couldn't boot the hardisk without the help of the USB, maybe in my situation its not possible although we both have exactly same motherboard

I would like to ask you in case it will not be possible for me to boot automatically without the USB if there's a way I will be able to boot from the hardisk while I will use the USB When the USB is plugged to the computer and I start the computer and I get the screen:
Open core boot menu...
1. EFI
2. Install McOS Big Sur (external)
3. Big Sur
4.Recovery 11.01 dmg
5. UEFI Shell
6. Reset NVRAM
Choose an operating system

Is there a way while the computer after the computer start while the USB is inside the computer to arrange that it will choose automatically number 3
3. Big Sur (its my hardisk) without that I will need every time to choose this way it will boot automatically to the hardisk while the USB Is plugged in the computer?

You are done! But when you booting from your Big Sur disk. you will see open core menu and down arrow you must choose Operating System. I do same.

Which bios version do you use? My bios 4105. I use 2 HD and one SSD. When PC opening i push F8 and Choose big sur disk and down Arrow Choose big sur and enter.. already i Choose Windows automatic start. Because of this i didnt try automatic big sur start. Maybe it can be. But i dont know yet.
