I have a Dell XPS 7590 that lost external video, plus it seems to have fried the dedicated GTX 1650 as it comes up as GPU2 without info of what it is. GPU1 shows as Intel HD630, iirc.

So, will it work with the broken GTX 1650 installed? Or do I disable it somehow.

I upgraded my NVMe SSD to a Samsung 1TB 970 Pro.

My computer has wireless to TV display. I think it still works.

I replace the old WiFi with the newer WiFi 6, AX200 WiFi Adapter with Bluetooth 5.1

Here's the chip I ordered:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TLBNSZQ/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew if it would be possible to install MacOS with these issues, or will it not work at all?

your nvidia will not be supported at all, only your intel graphics will work

OK, I used a linux mint live boot USB and got more specific info of my system:

The CPU is a i7-9750H, the list shows it as an E3 system. Maybe a workstation MB?

But here's a screenshot of my info from Linux Mint:

Yes, I understand it isn't supported, I just didn't know if it would cause issues. I couldn't find a way to disable it and it is soldered onto the MB.

But I have found other users who have gotten it to work, somewhat. I can't find any info on my wifi 6 chipset, nor bluetooth, plus touchscreen.

Someone said macs don't have touchscreens. But I'll be needing touchscreen support. And hopefully my bluetooth stylus pen.

I may be fighting an uphill battle.

VoodooI2C may help with touchscreen if you have I2C

you can probably use hotpatch to disable the nvidia

Cool, I'll have to look into that I2C patch. I see it mentioned a lot for laptops.

Yeah, I seen also the patch to disable the nvidia card. I heard someone say it stays disabled even when in windows, which is an annoyance to other users, but maybe it will help as mine is broken.

Well, I ordered a wifi card. I hope it works. It was rated the most stable in some guide I forgot to bookmark. It said it will be here the 30th, but I got an email today and said it should arrive the 28th. Hopefully it comes early.

I guess, in the mean time, it gives me a little more time to read up on it some more

Thanks for the help
