What do I need to do to make hdmi audio work? I already have the latest version of WhateverGreen in the efi folder, in the hackintool application it appears like this in the screenshot I sent, in the sound settings the hdmi audio output appears, but I can't increase or decrease the volume and it doesn't come out sound on the loud speaker of the tv that is connected to the pc, has any boot-arg that needs adc in the config.plist or has to inject something somewhere else? I tried to use a kext that I found researching about it called hdmiaudio.kext but without success, and I don't have speakers to use on the motherboard's sound output

@cepthalotus did you ever figure this out as I have the same problem.

I was having the same issue, but I found that the audio only works with Display Port.
I solve it buying an adapter to convert Display Port to hdmi and it worked perfectly!

This worked for me thanks, easy solution since I tried all the hard ones to no success :)

You're welcome!

I'm wondering what is the configuration in your config.plist since we have the same graphic card
I'm having some issues with black screen even though i have the argument of agdpmod=pikera enabled
If you could tell me that would be awesome!

Thanks, I read your solution and it worked for me too. I bought the Display Port to HDMI adapter and now I have audio output. Thanks a lot. My card is MSI AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT. Thank's.
