[Guide] HP Elite X2 1012 G1 / G2, Clover UEFI, VirtualSMC, Hot Patch

My EFI folder for 1012 G1. BIOS - 48
Big Sur working fine.
Battery, touchpad/trackpad (with multitouch), LTE, sleep - working.
Wifi - bcam 4360 - working fine with bluetooth/airdrop/iMessage.
type-c - hot-plug usb/charging/displayport/hdmi/egpu - working fine (egpu - only after reboot)

Audio - sound low... 3,5/hdmi/displayport - working fine.

I'm not realy uses imessage. But as long Apps Store no issues it is OK! But hey! I jus tried imessage no problem at all! :)
Top! but does the front camera also work? I read that on the g1 it works ...
 
It should, it's USB. If you're referring to the G1, that is. The G2 are all PCI based and there's no driver. I toyed with writing one a while back but unfortunately my Elite has met with an unfortunate accident... :-/

Im back hehehehe, Well my Mojave build crapped itself. My question what does and doesnt work because my system is bone stock (Besides the SSD has been upgraded) Im using a USB wifi and does the touchscreen work?
 
Thx for the support! Got my X2 G2 working with @sitam70 EFI folder / OpenCore after replacing my DW1560 card. Working like a charm, just the 11.01 update killed hardware brightness adjustment. But no hassle as BS provides quick switch in quick toggles. Such a great OSX device. If there was a way to make the pen working like it should we would have a great workhorse. Tried several approaches, no luck until now.
