[Success] AMD RX6000 Series working in macOS

Same here, no noise at all.
It probably my case is kind of open and I can hear some weird noise when fan spinning.

That’s not bad at all! I’ve seen some going on eBay for £1200+! The only reason I went for the 6800 was based on what I’d seen the XTs going for. Congratulations mate!
I have bought 6800 for about 770USD, but it seems that there are many supplies for 6800 in HK...it's around 630USD in HK at this moment.

I have the Radeon 6900XT.

Waiting for Big Sur to support it. Hope it doesn’t take so long.

Hopefully the first 11.2 beta will arrive in a few days and will bring support.

Oh no! I was really hoping this wasn't going to take too long so I could go ahead and sell my Radeon VII and pop the new boy in the machine.
I'm in the same boat. I have a pair of 6900XT's sitting here waiting to replace a pair of Radeon VII's. I guess it gives EK more time to get their new water blocks shipping though :)

Im in the worst place now.
No RX 6800 XT support.
I still didn't received Macbook Air M1 I ordered at the end of november.
:(

UPDATE: Probably fake screenshot.. I can go back to waiting for 6800 support again :)

Trying to get more info from the guy that posted this, but anyone have any ideas here? He mentioned 11.2 beta, but version shows 11.1 RC. Also, it's showing up as Radeon RX 6800 8 Go. He said he has a 6800 AMD reference card.

Where is this screenshot from?

@Ssnort That's got to be faked I think. By which I mean, he's used DeviceProperties or an SSDT to make his GPU appear as an RX 6800.

I'm almost sure that "Radeon RX 6800 8 Go" is his language's version of "Radeon RX 6800 8 GB" - as the VRAM usually appears at the end. All RX6800 cards have 16GB, so any 8GB card can't be an RX6800.

Secondly, look under his sound devices in Hackintool, where it shows his HDMI Audio controller is "Ellesmere HDMI Audio (RX 470/4..." with a PCI ID of 1002 AAF0 which matches the RX4xx and RX5xx series cards.

I think he's got an RX580 or similar card and has faked it as an RX6800.

PS. Just to re-confirm that there is no RX6800 support in 11.2 beta 1 which released yesterday. There were posts about this in this thread earlier today but they seem to have disappeared.

Yeah it's a fake and Yeah some posts have been removed, including one from me. That's weird as nobody talked about rigged voting machines.
