globally, the pandemic so far has contributed to the election of conservative parties rather then their opponents.
Comunism in America! there's no such thing- I mean... would you call Hillary Clinton a communist?

When I was a child if you were on the left you were communist. When I was a child even the Democrats were right leaning... I not going to express my political alignment or talk badly about any one specifically including Hillary. However I will say that they are all crooks.

I don't know your son age. but I assume it has been a while ago.May I ask what year was that?

What they have in common is the ABOLITION OF private property.
Only the State can own properties. And it usually the State is represented by a dictator. citizens live a miserable life while he is sipping champagne and enjoying the company of a bunch of escorts. That's what communism is.

I understand what communism is and what you have explained is the result of corrupt humans not actually true Communism. True communism would actually create a class less society were all were equal unfornatantly humans are easily corruptible by greed. In the US Step by step they remove more and more freedoms in the name of "national security" and "Our Protection" at any moment the government can come and seize your land, property, etc... unless it has been removed the defense authorization act allows the military and president to detain American citizens indefinitely without charge or trial.

The dems are viewed as left in the US that is what matters and it is a slippery slope! like I said when I was a child both parties were viewed as Right and that is right of center, now one of them is viewed as left of Center. When compared to Russia, China, N Korea, sure they are still Right but not of center and that is where the problem lies.

Yea I know it is way off topic... but did re-read the rules last night and maybe I am blind but I did not actually see where it said political and religious discussions are not allowed. Not trying to argue just saying I did not see that it was expressly prohibited maybe you could point me at the rule just so I know I am not crazy..

scottkendall I know that mine was a simplistic summary. I had to study Karl Marx's philosophy and read a couple of his books. His vision is beautiful and it just doesn't involve politics, but also ethics, Economics, etc. But as they say the road to hell is paved with good intentions. That model never developed in any country in the past 150 years. Communism failed everywhere it was planted. it always brought poverty and massacres. And as one can imagine, just a restricted group of individuals shared power, privileges and wealth.
I better stop here.

If you lose your password, how will Apple get to your data? How did they lie? Do you have a link? This is the same thing that happened with the San Bernardino shooter. Just search "James Comey vs Apple" on Google.

Just because they partner with PRISM, it doesn't mean they are collecting extra information for them. They just provide what they have. Again, exactly what happened with the San Bernardino case. If they have nothing to give, who cares who they are partnering with? They can be partnering with Russia and China but with nothing to give, it means nothing.

Apple is who came up with the "Sign in with Apple" to help protect their customers from real villains like Google and Facebook. No one asked them to do this. They did it because it aligns with their business model. They don't profit from data collection. They sell more devices because their devices are more secure.

I'm not in with the tin foil hat crowd on this one.

They say that you are a nice person and maybe we started off with the wrong foot.

We can have different opinions but as adults, I proposed to behave like our age would imply.

whoops. I didn't know about that. anyway it was about Apple TV network... never mind. wow, there are so many restrictions.

Other then I have a bunch of them and they all use my AppleID and play my movies and use all my subscriptions though out the house I do not know much else. I think there is a setting that tells them to update each other when one changes but I have that turned off because I have room mates, and I have a kid and they both change stuff that I do not want to reflect in the rooms that I watch.

The restrictions are to help keep people in line otherwise things can get chaotic. Just like apple wants your data to help everyone so do the staff on this forum!

oh cool... maybe my little mistake caused a misunderstanding. Apple TV is not Apple TV+ I was talking about the latter but I called it Apple TV . SubscriptionS??? if you are telling me that you have several Apple TV subscriptions means that you have (smart)Tvs everywhere since one subscription includes several devices, at least 2 (because I have it on iPad and on my tv). Omg It may seem that I wanna know how big is your house or how many tvs you have! I swear I don't!!!

I'm almost sure that you are talking about Apple TV box(es). my mistake.
Anyway as it Apple launched Apple TV+ offered a one-year free access included with the purchase of devices. My cousin she got it when I bought her iPhone before Xmas and shared it with me but shortly after that I got one myself (for free), when I got my iPad Pro, the first squared model, from last year( it's not the latest model, they came out with a new one I'm sure u know).
OFF TOPIC: My father (85 yo) is engaged in a daily effort started 2 months ago (more a personal war) vs iPhone X (I found it sealed in a general store, and costed about nothing) but he is slowly winning it. he can make calls, FaceTime, take some bad pictures, iMessage, recently he explored Maps .... and use Apple Pay!.... sometimes gets confused with the unlocking gesture... but he's really getting better - I'm very proud of him. I had to mention this...this is his first smartphone and his vision is not good, and I don't see many men of his age handling smartphone.

A lot of chatting but I didn't talk about what I had in mind and actually was interested in your opinion,.. but it's not appropriate to do it on here...
