Go back to Clover and press F4 at the boot menu.
Go into ACPI / Origin, and find the file called DSDT.aml.
Upload that here and I'll make you an OpenCore EFI containing the edited DSDT.

In the Bios, Set IGFX to Enabled and also enable USB Handoff.

Regarding the attached EFI, I only changed the ACPI section (Including Patch). Put the RX580 in Device Properties, and added a couple of NVRAM boot args.
Audio is already set to 16 in the DSDT.
Should boot way quicker.
Lemmy know how that goes?
If it's all good, then upload your IOReg so and I can see where your Broadcom card is and add it into the DSDT.

Reason for adding the RX580 Framebuffer name in Device properties is to make it load quicker on Catalina and Big Sur.
How's About This Mac / System Report /PCI looking?

I can't really tell what address your Broadcom card is on from an IOReg text file.
You could try this (attached), locate the Broadcom, and take a screen shot showing me what RP address it is.

You've sent me the DSDT I made for nextsak instead of your vanilla F4 Clover version.
Mobo is similar but not the same.
Try booting with this Non DSDT EFI, then open MacIASL and save your System DSDT.
Upload that and I'll edit it and make you an EFI fine tuned to your system.

as mentioned in the documentation for OpenCore, DSDT is not advised or needed
