The only solution I've found was switch to opencore as this is a clover only problem it seems!
Probably this may be a solution, but to be honest i don't feel confident at all making this switch.

Me neither lol!

Clover 5127 is out - not fixing the problem for me
I was able to get Clover 5126 working. Found a solution on Clovers forums. Basically, I reinstalled BS, but when it reboots, run the Preboot partition to finish the installation. After, you'll have to boot from Preboot rather than you main partition, but everything is working! A little messy, but it works.

Ok so basically I run install from usb, wait for first reboot, then chose preboot, wait (black screen with white apple logo)for another reboot, then again choose preboot? And then I should always boot from preboot?

I've created the USB with BigSur. Started installation from the USB. After rebooting boot options didn't contain 'preboot'. I only had 'Install MacOS' from the primary OSx partition. How to get one more available options?
Thanks in advance.

Answering my own question above the 'preboot' option is available when F3/Fn+F3 is pressed. I successfully reinstall BigSur from the 'preboot' and the AppStore issue is gone. But there are two partitions: preboot and primary MacOs. IF I try to boot from the primary partition as always, the system fails to start. Any idea of how to solve it?
