Hi so I'm trying to upgrade from caralina to big sur, was well aware needs r126 or higher so I did that, now booting into caralina from 126 I don't get the apple load bar.. Just the apple logo stuck on screen, doesn't go anywhere. I've attached a screen shot with the error I'm getting, can anyone help?

Have you added essential quirks described?

I've tried EVERYTHING. I even started my installation/ p list from scratch with clover, I also tried switching to open core, followed every instruction made for my build, I get the very same GV WAKE FAILURE. Both Clover and Open Core. I've also downgraded from 126 to 123, still a problem. I'm running out of things to do at this point.

It stopped at a very early stage. Maybe you should post your config.plist.

Here's both Clover and Open Core.
Update: Catalina 10.15.7 boots successfully in OC, before i was booting in 10.15.5. I'm going to try the Big Sur upgrade now and see if i get any luck there.

Update:
No longer seeing a stuck gv-wake-failure screen but when i go into the big sur installer, the apple load bar loads then the system reboots.
