Big Sur Update Goes Wrong

Hi guys, need help!
I updated my Hackintosh from Mojave to Big Sur. When I boot to the installer, it keeps restarting. I tried someone's efi and it becomes like this. When I try to go back and use my older efi and boot my mac, it shows this. Can anybody help me?

Motherboard: Z390 Designare
Graphic card: Sapphire RX 590
Ram: 64 GB Corsair 3200 mhz
Processor: Intel Core i9 9900k
Storage: Viper m.2 SSD 1 TB

Are you running Clover? If so, make sure that the version of the boot loader you’re using isn’t old and that it actually supports Big Sur.

Oops, after 2nd reboot, I have a "couldn't allocate runtime.."
