[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Glad to hear it. Other FCPX users might benefit from knowing which errors/warnings were fixed...

Unfortunately I just updated to 10.15.7 supplemental update and the issue came back. Nevertheless Im posting here all the changes I made from Sanity checker. I think what worked from all of these is the ig-platform-id which I changed it to "0300913E". I will prepare another 0.6.3 EFI and replace it with the existing one in case after update something changed and I cannot see it.

P.S. What is with "questionmark" in Sanity Checker report, now is "checked".

have you tried to Reset NVRAM?

Hi @CaseySJ - I just tried to update my OC to 63, however now whenever I try to boot, my screen goes black unless I go into BIOS and enable IGPU and plug monitor into the motherboard..

Prior to this, I had BIOS IGPU as 'Auto' and was able to plug monitor into the RX 5700 XT graphics card without problem. Do you know what i could be doing wrong that caused this?

I am on Z390 Designare with Intel GPU
Seems like you are using config-Intel-iGPU.plist instead of AMD

Yes I created a new EFI from the guide using Opencore 0.6.3 and did Reset NVRam also. I use always config-AMD-GPU.plist
I will report back soon. Thanks for the help!

IGFX should be set to Enabled, not Auto.
I have always used Auto -- Whenever I use 'enable' in BIOS and I'm plugged into motherboard, it has weird glitches with graphics and has black screen when plugged into graphics card

EDIT: When I enable IGFX in BIOS on 0.6.1 it works when plugged into Graphics card. When I tried in 0.6.3 it didnt work though. Am I missing a boot argument using the standard?
