Do you know why? Is your lilu and whatevergreen kext updated?

I can't tel yet if my system is stable, I have to test and work on it. The Problem I get, my window arangment get mixed up at evry start. I have three monitor, one on HDMI rotated 90° and two DP. The two DP always swap eachother. I don't know why.

At the moment I'm only able to run my 5700XT GPU properly on 10.15.4. Upgrading to a newer version leads to a black screen during boot and shows an "gIOScreenLockState 3" error. Reading a lot of threads at the moment to figure out a working clover configuration.

@gateway69: Are you running Clover or OpenCore? Would you mind posting your EFI?

try unigine heaven etc

so only way to solve it is flashing vbios?
maybe any sort of injection?
Nothing to do with the vbios. Apple's drivers are different and not so good as the windows drivers. And there is no any software to make your own fan curve in macOs. You get whatever apple has integrated in their kernel.
Maybe this will be fixed with an update. RX5700Xt is quite new and Apple may have not perfected yet the drivers for it.
I have an RX590, and the fans operate just like in windows. When the temp is low, they stop spinning.

Let's see. Maybe we will get better drivers for RX5700xt in Big Sur.

@madvinegar would you have that overclock for Nitro to work?

actually there is a way u can solve that, it's by using a PowerTable Generator, and disable ZeroRPM, so that ur GPU fans spins always, and not every 5 mins or so, and that was pretty annoying for me at least, now the fans are always spinning.
