hmm i got this on catalina with problem ssdt , ssdtprgen given some states which should removed manually. also check that virtualsmc is loadind. I think should try:
NullCpuPowerManagment.kext and FakeSMC instead of
VirtualSMC. I wist this will
help you.

It didn't change the situation for me. I still get stuck on a black screen

Sorry for the long response, had a little ban.

Why not to use OpenCore configurator if you have low skills on manual editing plist. The config was wrong!

Your config not helped, but

try to boot with patching dsdt by removing Device(^UNC0)

I will get similar system soon , will help my other friend. Will try to make patch to avoid dsdt editing and injecting. So maybe will found a better way in a few weeks.

Asus X99 Rampage Big Sur 11.0.1 running smoothly with Opencore 0.6.3

Can't wait to share with you guys my X99 Asus Rampage with RX vega 64 boots and running smoothly. I tried with Macpro 7.1 and iMac pro 1.1 both smbios. No problem! EFI shared with you. Give a try.

With old versions of macOS installers it's a problem related to the certificate, maybe the installer is damaged. You could try downloading it with gibmacos script

There is no difference, I get a similar error with RC Big Sur.
