Okay, redid the USB following Rehabman instructions but now when I plug it in to try to boot from it, I get the following menu. I try the selection to continue booting but it brings me back to the same menu. I tried both the MBR way and the GPT way of creating the USB and they both do the same thing.

Getting better thanks.

Your Clover is not installed properly.
You should be able to follow the Unibeast guide to create a bootable macOS.
You have to install Clover Legacy as Dell 530 does NOT have UEFI in BIOS.
On the Dell 530, you will be limited to High Sierra with the graphics card you have.

I recently moved to OpenCore 0.6.1 and replaced by Zotac GeForce GT240 with a Zotac GeForce GT730 2B (model ZT-71101-10L) as that GPU is supported by Catalina and installed Catalina 10.15.7.
Since Xeon E5450 does not include SSE 4.2 instructions set, a Telemetrytrap kext is needed to be able run 10.15 on Xeon E5450 CPU.

@P1LGRIM, can you help me with this? I found a couple of older posts where others had encountered this but neither of them were ever resolved.

"Oops, macnb just replied as I was typing this."

Thanks for the reply, macnb. I actually had created a Unibeast USB and it did boot fine, but my SSD wasn't showing up to install to.

In the BIOS settings, did you set the disk type to "RAID" (even though you are not using Raid)?
RAID setting will enable AHCI mode which macOS requires and has drivers for those SATA disks.

Yes, I chose the "RAID" selection instead of the default "IDE."

In the macOS Installer, run the Disk Utility app (from the menu bar) and post pic of what disks it shows.
Alternatively, run Terminal from the Installer Menu and type:
Code:
diskutil list
...and report back as to what it displays

Clearly the booted Installer is not seeing the SATA drive/s.
When you boot into BIOS Setup, can you see the SATA drives listed in the BIOS Setup ?
If not, you have a hardware problem. May be a bad SATA data cable or bad power cable or bad SATA drive.

If you do see the SATA drives listed in BIOS, then the issue is with macOS Installer does not have the correct drivers enabled for Dell 530. Are you using any DSDT.aml in Clover ? If not, then that's your problem.
