[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

@CaseySJ Hello again! :)
I've purchased RX580 Pulse, re-created install USB using the instruction from the post#1, but faced panic during running the installer - it's in the screenshot attached. What do I need to change in the config or EFI folder to make it work?

Thank you in advance!
Please check these BIOS settings:
  • Initial Display Output --> PCIe 1 Slot
  • Internal Graphics --> Enabled (not Auto)
  • BIOS version F9g
Then use the attached config.plist and insert the USB install disk in a Blue, Red or Yellow USB 3.x port on the Designare Z390.

Followed all your instructions, but the panic still occurs, nothing changed

Any other recommendations?

This is very puzzling. Please list the make/model of all key components including memory, NVMe SSD, WiFi/BT card, any other PCIe cards.

Another user recently experienced problems with WD Black SN750. Do you have another disk (SATA SSD or NVMe SSD) that you can use temporarily just to check if the problem goes away with a different disk?

Unfortunately I don't have any other ssd or nvme. Is it possible to use external HD's to check this issue?

Yes, certainly. Can you install external HDD/SDD into a USB 3 enclosure and connect via USB 3?
