I finally got around to switching from Clover to OC 0.6.1 on my Catalina drive. Tried to install the Big Sur Beta to a new NVMe but after a few aborted installs, I remembered that the Beta won't convert MacOS Extended drives to APFS so had to reformat the new drive I was installing to manually to get it to work. All good now and it even sleeps... Although waking is another issue altogether as all I get on wake is two black screens.
Formatting to what?

Fresh Install on ASUS Z370 MAXIMUS X HERO at work and update ASUS PRIME Z270-P at home from 10.15.6 without any problem. My hackin0shs are working perfect. THANKS TO TONYMACX86 and other guys that shares their hard works.
Hello mohsenmehrvarz

Would you be so kind to share your EFI for ASUS PRIME Z270-P so that I can get OC setup on my PC.

Thank you .

An update to Clover (5123) has been released and supports Big Sur. Curious to see if it will work. Tony, any chance you will update the Cover part in the 11.0 installation thread?

Option 2: Clover Bootloader (Experimental- Now Working for Big Sur!)13. Download the standalone Clover bootloader v5.0 r5123 or higher package installer from the official downloads section.14. Install UEFI or Legacy Clover version using the USB (Install macOS Big Sur Beta) as the target.15. Navigate to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and add VirtualSMC.kext (or install using MultiBeast for Catalina)

Clover 5123 now works with Big Sur:

This version successfully loads BigSur and allows install and update.
Check new config-sample.plist. It contains default values for Quirks which are the most common settings.

I would say something that shouldn't be true under the rules here, so I won't say a lot if it's too specific. I apologize to the master here for the previous post violating the terms.
At least with Clover r 5123 (build 743b036) I have confirmed that this test works.
However, I paid attention to the selection of Clover's start entry that appears during the installation.
(Google if you are interested)

@tonymacx86 As of Oct 11, r5123 is still labeled as "Pre-release" on the "Releases" page.
