If the system keeps booting into BIOS, it may indicate that BIOS flashback has occurred. This problem should be reported to Gigabyte.
It would also be advisable to try the process of elimination by disconnecting all non-essential components including Commander Pro (just disconnect it from USB, but keep the fans connected).
Eventually, of course, it may be necessary to exchange the board. But the problem should be reported to Gigabyte Tech Support via the online problem reporting site.

Hi Again,
As you suggested, I logged a support case with Gigabyte regarding my Splash Screen Hang problem. One of their response suggestions was to test my RAM modules using memtest86.exe. I have done this test overnight and have the test results which I am posting here.
Are you or is anyone here familiar with interpreting these results. They are indicative of a fault but I’m not sure how serious it is and whether the RAM should be swapped out.
I have 4 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance modules so I guess I also need to remove one pair and test each pair individually.
