So today, I installed macOS Catalina on my Acer Aspire A515-54. I've got graphics, bluetooth, ethernet, etc. HOWEVER, there are still a couple things I need and I was wondering if anyone could help
Wi-Fi: I've got a Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 in the laptop, and I've tried all of the fixes I could find, to no avail. I understand Atheros cards are really not the best to use with macOS, but it's all I've got, and I don't really have the money or time to get a new one. Is there any way at all to get this working?
Audio: I've mostly given up on this, but I figure it's worth mentioning. I have Realtek audio, however I did not check the codec before leaving Windows, therefore I have no idea what it is. I've tried a few Realtek audio fixes, but none worked. My Bluetooth works, though, and 90% of the time that I'm listening to anything, it'll probably be through my earbuds. I know I hardly have any info to give, but could someone point me in the right direction?
