Eglobal S200 Nuc Intel i7 8750H / Mini PC Compatible?

Hello, as it's not the same motherboard & not the same Core I version (coffee lake refresh for you I think) you must follow Dortania tutorial & make your own EFI. But first be sure (as me) to have a compatible SSD, with clean EFI. If you have more than one SSD unplug them, remove Intel WiFi/Bluetooth too, add them one by one if you have a successful install.
As Amateur85 said : " It's step by step" :)
His Ssd is compliant as it is the same I am using

Thank you  i found the right tutorial => Coffee Lake Plus(9th Gen)
Wish me luck!
Since it is not a desktop, but more a laptop in terms of its components I advise the laptop guide and neglect the laptop specific stuff like backlight, touchpad etc.

Good luck will take a look at your efi when I have time, maybe you can reuse stuff from shared efi’s in this thread.

thanks
Otherwise for the SSDTS, should i go Prebuilt, SSDTime or Manuel ?

I went for manual, but essentially that is getting the prebuilt one and delete the unused parts of the ssdt. Ssdttime is missing stuff.

Hi Jlaart,

I am a bit confused, I see you refer to Shumbola's EFI (he uses Clover), but the EFI you posted is the one I created based on Opencore. The errorlog is useless, providing no information. Try using the following boot-args: -v keepsyms=1 and debug=0x100. Make a screen shot on the output in Verbose mode to provide any clues.

A wild guess: you are using my patched SSDT-EC-USBX which is based on the S200, but might be different than S210. Not sure about that. So you could try and use the pre-built version with all possibilities in it to get it working. Will slow boot time a bit, but will possibly boot.

Another point is that you didn't post all BIOS settings, did you disable VT-d? I would disable quiet boot as well. Can you share a screen of the H/W performance settings in bios menu?

Good luck.

Last Update macOS Catalina 10.15.6 is OK :)

So How to proceed (you need to stay in front of the screen & follow all process) :

- Make Backup of your system with Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper, including your EFI.
- Download & Run Update from "about this Mac".
- Each time system reboot choose "MacOS Install blablabla" in your favorite Bootloader until this choice no longer appears (2 times for me)
- @ last boot sequence "MacOS Install bablabla" will no longer an option, so select your main OS.
- Overall time is about 30 min (even with NVMe SSD).

I think it's the last update before MacOS Big Sur and maybe the end of Hackintosh :)

Maybe or maybe not. I’ll have Ubuntu next to Macos, Imho, everyone has

Yeah i'm confused too  right i referred to Shumbola's EFI but finaly i used your's for Opencore.
now i'm building an EFI from scratch with manuel SSDTS :banghead: i will try the pre-built version and SSDTime one.
For the BIOS settings, that is a different kettle of fish. the chinese factory has limited the BIOS of the 210S to the minimum and no way to get a version with all the possibility :thumbdown

Ah, alright. Then you’re really on your own. Be careful on the config since you need to adjust things you normally can do in the bios like vt-d etc. Good luck
