OK !
So Micron SSD NVMe don't and will never work at all, change to Samsung 970 Evo Plus, works like a charm, good performance.
Only use HDMI for the moment.
A 1800$ Mac mini for about 650$ :)

Here you go ;)

Installed latest update 10.15.6 (19G73) successfully.

Since I run dual monitor, the first boot resulted in black screen on both monitors. No idea if it hanged or not. But after waiting some time (~15minutes), removed the hdmi cable, force restarted with power key and continue with mDP
using Prebooter volume.
It finished successfully and now running again with dual monitors. ;)
So if someone wants to upgrade please use mDP during update and use your HDMI port afterwards.

Hello, as it's not the same motherboard & not the same Core I version (coffee lake refresh for you I think) you must follow Dortania tutorial & make your own EFI. But first be sure (as me) to have a compatible SSD, with clean EFI. If you have more than one SSD unplug them, remove Intel WiFi/Bluetooth too, add them one by one if you have a successful install.
