Acer Aspire f15 f5-571t-569t Touchscreen Laptop Compatibility

My friend gave me a Acer aspire f15 f5-571t-569t. It has an intel Core i5 4210U CPU, Intel HD Graphics 4400 and 8GB of ram. I want to attempt to install Sierra or maybe even Mojave on this laptop. However, I have a few concerns about this machine specifically. Would wifi work after installation? If not what wifi card would be compatible with this machine? Also, iv never installed MacOS on a touchscreen device, would this cause any issues?
