Panic relates to old AppleALC.kext.
Update Lilu/WhateverGreen/AppleALC kexts.

Also, can you confirm that you have tried to boot in safe mode, with VESA drivers (nv_disable) and can boot into single user mode? You should try all these things first. Then ensure you have the latest versions of whatever custom kexts you're using (I assume Lilu / WhateverGreen / AppleALC / AirportBCMFixup).

Edit : You should be able to boot if you supply the -liluoff flag in Clover, which will allow you to download the updated kexts.

i cant boot in safe mode coz m using normal keyboard and i am dual booting windows and mac. so my boot is via clover.Sorry but m amateur in this. i havent used lilu/whatevergreen. i followed post installation youtube videos and did some tweaks via clover configurator like audio kext etc. but didnt touched lilu part.

When the Clover menu comes up, highlighted to boot from your default HD, press SPACE, and you'll get a bunch of custom options, one of which is safe mode, another is verbose and another is nv_disable. You also get the option to add custom boot flags too. Passing command line arguments into a kernel is fairly standard procedure to get stuff to boot if it's being awkward.

and after i boot into safe mode what should i do?

You need to put the updated versions of the kexts in your EFI partition in the right place (EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other). See this guide for full details.
