You should really learn how to use the site search function. Since you are new here, this should help you get started.

Here's the two primary cards that fit in that slot. It's not really possible or recommended to use adapters.
  • Half mini: BCM94360HMB/AzureWave AW-CB160H - native WiFi/ac and BT4LE (3 antennas)
  • Half mini: BCM94352 HMB/AzureWave AW-CE123H - supports WiFi/ac and BT4LE

Amazon has the BCM94352HMB/AW-CE123H for around 30 dollars:

Lowest price right now is from this seller in China:
Ordering from Amazon is the fastest and safest way to get one. Also much easier to return it if you need to.
Thank you. I will learn how to use the search function. My dell didn’t come with an antenna is there a place were I could by one?

Search on Ebay and you'll be able to find it there.

I have used both of these cards and both work great in Mojave (I haven't tried Catalina yet). I recommend the AW-CE123H, it's less expensive and perfectly adequate for the job.

This is a link to the antenna I purchased. Make sure it is for the mini-PCIe card connector type.

Here's a link to my post about how I connected these antennas in the USFF.

Did you need any brcm related kexts for this one to work ? I've not bought one yet to test.
Yes, I had to grab these...
AirportBrcmFixup.kext
BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
BrcmPatchRAM2.kext
and of course you will already have Lilu.kext
and you must have the USB set up correctly because BT is dependent on having working internal USB working (via miniPCIe implementation), so I load USBInjectAll.kext, which I think your build already does.
I think it is ALSO required to have the ethernet port configured (doesn't have to be plugged in) and IntelMausiEthernet.kext installed, because I believe Airdrop and Handoff with WiFi+BT needs eth0 defined. This might be possible with out IntelMausiEthernet, but again, I haven't tried that.

It's definitely not OOB supported, plug n' play like the Broadcom based 94360CD and CS2 cards are. Those you simply install in a PCIe slot, connect the BT header (9 pin) and you're good to go.

For those interested in using the supported 1/2 mini wifi cards get your kexts from github/acidanthera as they have the most current versions that work with Catalina. Not sure where the BrcmFirmwareRepo kext is.

Is there a guide on how to set up either of these WiFi/bt cards?

BrcmFirmwareRepo came from link -> Broadcom WiFi/Bluetooth [Guide]

    5. Install to /Library/Extensions/ with KextBeast:
      • BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
      • BrcmPatchRAM2.kext
      • Install latest versions as available
