can you share at least your efi folder(hiding sn & private info)?

Yes, I have succeeded in installing Catalina 10.15.2 on Deskmini 110 using both Clover and OpenCore, but I haven't tested it on HDMI port since I'm using a 4k monitor and it works on DP port now, and the EFI folder without SMBIOS information is attached below.
What's more, It's surprising that you are also using i5-7600T. In the EFI folder below, I'm using a spoof ig-platform-id 0x19120000 of SkyLake rather than 0x59120000 to boot this CPU, since a normal patch is able to boot into system but will have a random black out problem on 4k monitors on my build.

Hi, here is the oc folder based on my build (110+i5 7600T+bcm 943602cs), which supports Catalina 10.15.6 and most system features work. SMIBIOS need to be generated again, hope it helps.
